Job Summary
The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting routine laboratory tests, analyzing results, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, labeling, and safely storing samples to be tested
- Determining and performing tests needed for the analysis and report
- Perform laboratory tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Maintain laboratory equipment, including re-calibration of equipment
- Analyze test results and record findings in a precise and accurate manner
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve laboratory processes and procedures
- Organizing and storing samples in accordance with all safety and other requirements to ensure the safety of personnel and the integrity of the samples.
- Maintaining equipment records and daily work logs
- Staying current on technical and scientific advances in their field
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques and processes
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately record data
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Attention to details
- Critical thinking
- Good Oral and Written communication
- Good documentation and process management skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
- At least 2+ years experience working in a laboratory environment.
