Job Summary
We're seeking a talented Landing Page Designer to join our dynamic marketing and creative team, working across multiple exciting lifestyle brands and apps, including fashion, health and wellness. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing direct response landing pages that drive conversions for ads, lead magnets, and product offers. You should be experienced with landing page builders (especially Funnelish), understand CRO (conversion rate optimization) principles, and have a good eye for visual design.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and build high-converting landing pages using Funnelish or similar platforms
- Collaborate with our creative and marketing team to translate concepts into responsive, mobile-first pages
- Optimize pages for speed, responsiveness, and conversions
- Create or edit basic graphics for page elements (e.g., hero images, buttons, product mockups)
- A/B test different versions and suggest CRO improvements based on performance
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Stay up to date with landing page best practices and trends
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience building landing pages with builders like Funnelish, ClickFunnels, Webflow, Leadpages, or similar
- Strong understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, and CTA placement
- Experience working on e-commerce or direct-response campaigns
- Familiar with CRO principles and A/B testing
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Owns a laptop and has reliable internet
Additional Skills:
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Experience using Funnelish specifically
- Skills in copywriting or editing for landing pages
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Experience with analytics tools like Hotjar or Google Optimize
