Gadget Technician

Responsibilities:

• Accurately diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops, phones, and other gadgets.
• Perform repairs on a variety of brands and models, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Test repaired gadgets to confirm proper functionality before returning them to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear updates on repair progress.
• Offer professional advice on gadget maintenance and potential upgrades.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of repair activities, including issues diagnosed, parts used, and repairs completed.
• Ensure proper inventory management of spare parts and tools.
• Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting and technical assistance when required.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and repair techniques.
• Use a WhatsApp-enabled phone for internal communication and coordination.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex repair issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while handling and repairing gadgets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in laptop and phone repairs.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues.
• Ability to repair a variety of brands and models.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Must be proficient in reading and writing.
• Must own a WhatsApp-enabled phone for communication.
• Immediate availability is required.
• Technical Certification is an added advantage.
