Lash Technician

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths.
• Apply individual or volume eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring long-lasting results.
• Perform lash fills, removals, and touch-ups as required.
• Educate clients on aftercare routines to maintain the longevity and health of their lash extensions.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a comfortable and relaxing client experience.
• Keep track of client preferences and provide personalized services during repeat visits.
• Promote salon retail products such as lash care items to enhance the client’s results.
• Stay updated on the latest lash extension techniques, trends, and products.
• Collaborate with the salon team to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lash Technician, with a portfolio or certification in eyelash extensions.
• Minimum of SSCE certification.
• Skilled in applying classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in applying lash extensions.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
• Certification in lash extensions or cosmetology is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
