Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle our solicitor's jobs and draft agreements/other legal documentation.
- Represent the company in court.
- Handle our litigation, which will entail filing of documents in court and liaising with lawyers handling court cases.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Second Class BL from a recognized institution.
- Must not be older than 35 years of age.
- Must have strong knowledge of corporate and litigation law.
