Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and follow up on the communication plan for the program.
- Act as the focal point for all external communications and maintain effective liaison with other business units
- Attend program meetings, take detailed minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow up on action items.
- Ensure all meeting documents are prepared and distributed promptly
- Control and organize emails and other communications for the Head of the Unit.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders for upcoming meetings and deadlines
- Draft, proofread, and distribute letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Ensure documents are well-formatted, error-free, and adhere to company standards
- Maintain program records, track project timelines, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Provide logistical support for events, workshops, and trainings related to the program
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, or a related field. An MBA or additional certifications in program management would be an advantage
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, office management, or administrative support at a senior level, preferably in the manufacturing or sugar industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Understanding of project management principles is an advantage
- Proactive and resourceful, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support team members and engage with various stakeholders
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
