This instructor will teach students the essentials of game development, including game mechanics, graphics, and interactive storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game development,advanced skill set in game engines like Unity or Unreal,and a passion for teaching.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver an engaging curriculum for game development, covering essential concepts, programming, and design principles.
- Lead interactive classes, workshops, and hands-on training sessions, ensuring students grasp both theoretical and practical aspects of game development.
- Guide students through the development of game projects, from concept to completion, providing technical and creative feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate cutting-edge practices into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with program coordinators to update course content and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Provide mentorship to students, supporting their career development and portfolio building.
- Develop assessments and evaluate student performance, ensuring they meet learning objectives.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment, encouraging collaboration and innovation among students.
- Organize and participate in events such as game jams, hackathons, and showcases to enhance learning and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Design, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine, and programming languages like C#, C++, or Python.
- Strong knowledge of game design principles, 3D modeling, animation, and level design.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in game development or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Passion for fostering student growth and inspiring creativity in game design and development.
- Familiarity with VR/AR, mobile game development, and multiplayer systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
