Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments for client organizations.
- Design, develop, and deliver learning programs tailored to client needs.
- Create effective training materials, including e-learning modules and in-person workshops.
- Evaluate and refine training initiatives to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
- Partner with client HR teams to ensure alignment with business goals and employee development strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an L&D Specialist, Trainer, or similar role in a corporate or HR consulting environment.
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and content creation tools.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Certification in HR or L&D is highly desirable.
