Responsibilities:
?Oversee general HR functions, including performance management, payroll, and recruitment.
?Coordinate, schedule, and manage client training programs and activities.
?Handle logistical aspects of training, such as venue booking and material preparation.
? Collaborate with facilitators to ensure successful delivery of training sessions.
?Manage training budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications:
?Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or related fields.
?Minimum of 5 years HR generalist or training administration experience.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training software.
