Job Description/Requirements
Organizing training materials and training programs, as well as ensuring that the costs of planned programs don't exceed the provided budget.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, work with department managers to assess training and development needs and provide management with trainees’ program reports.
• Assisting with the design of training materials for existing employees and new hires, as well as resolving any training-related issues that may arise.
• Researching new HR technologies and training software solutions, and expected to stay up to date with the latest developments and news in the Human Resources field.
• Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company.
• Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.
• Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to management.
Minimum Requirement
• First degree or is equivalent in Business administration or any other relevant discipline.
• Professional certification in HR Management e.g. CIPM, SPHR,
CIPD, etc. will be an advantage. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in learning and development
• Experience in a manufacturing and FMCG is an added advantage.
• Nature of Work: Day and Onsite
