Job Description/Requirements

Job Summary:

We seek a creative Learning Experience Designer to design and develop impactful learning experiences. Ideal fit will assess client needs, create engaging content, apply adult learning principles, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of the client and learners.
  • Research industry trends and technology to enhance the learning experience for participants.
  • Develop comprehensive technical proposals for learning projects, including needs analysis, learning objectives, content outlines, delivery methods, and evaluation plans.
  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences using various instructional design models and methodologies.
  • Create the programme structure, objectives, and learning resources, such as course presentation slides, manuals, brochures, guides, and toolkits.
  • Apply adult learning principles and best practices to ensure content is accessible, engaging, and impactful.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure learning delivery meets pcl. standards.
  • Develop and evaluate curricula to ensure they are appropriate for the audience and meet the client’s needs.
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create toolkits and job aids to support learners in applying their knowledge and skills in real-world settings.
  • Develop pre- and post-programme assessments for courses.
  • Provide consultative services to clients across various industries and sectors on learning and development interventions.
  • Support the onboarding process of new members to the firm on classroom training services.
  • Develop thought leadership articles.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in designing and developing innovative learning experiences
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with clients and subject matter experts.
  • Proficient in using multimedia tools for content creation.
  • Experience in facilitating virtual or in-person learning sessions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to changing needs.
