Role Description
This is a full-time on-site B2B Sales Internship role at SalesRuby located in Ikeja lasting for 3-6months during which the intern would receive vigorous training and be transitioned to a full role. The Sales Intern will be responsible for daily tasks such as communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, learning sales techniques, participating in trainings, and shadowing sales management.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Ability to learn and apply sales techniques through training
- Interest in B2B sales and the SaaS industry
- Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- 3-5years post-NYSC experience
- This role would be appropriate for sales people who have had experience selling HMO, Insurance and Multi Level Marketing Solutions
Remuneration
During the internship period the selected candidate would be offered N90,000. After 3-6months, the intern's job performance would be evaluated. If found satisfactory, he/she would be offered a full-time role and would then earn monthly net earning of N130,000
