We are looking to hire an Administrative Officer to join our team.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : No Experience
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for insurance processing and calculations
  • Maintain and update office database
  • Organize a filing system for company documents
  • Provide administrative support for assigned unit/department
  • Prepare office report
  • Maintain a company calendar for assigned units or departments.
  • Attend to administrative requirement



Requirements:

  • Minimum B.Sc./HND in insurance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics or Actuarial Science with minimum of second-class upper/upper credit
  • Must be between the age range of 22-28 years
  • Candidate must possess WACE certificate with minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English)
  • Candidate must have completed NYSC program
  • Excellence use of excel Spreadsheets and computation
  • Good knowledge of insurance and premium calculations
