Job Description/Requirements
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather information as required.
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents.
- Communicate with clients, external parties, and other team members professionally.
- Manage the office's social media accounts
- Handle general office tasks, such as answering phones, managing emails, and other administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
