We are looking for an experienced Legal Adviser to join our team and ensure our business operates legally. The Legal Adviser will be responsible for providing legal support and advice across the organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal risks. This role requires a strong understanding of the betting industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues including regulatory compliance, contracts, intellectual property, and employment law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Manage legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Keep abreast of developments in laws and regulations that may affect the company.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on legal and compliance matters.
- Handle disputes and litigation as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Bar membership) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal adviser, preferably within the betting or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and legal issues related to the betting industry.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite
