Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and support on various matters within family law, corporate law, compliance, and litigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the firm's ongoing cases and projects.
- Represent clients in court, ensuring all legal procedures are followed, and outcomes are effectively communicated.
- Assist senior lawyers in case preparation, providing administrative and legal support as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of legal developments and ensure the firm’s compliance with the latest laws and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the firm’s management and other associates to meet client needs and deliver optimal legal solutions.
Requirements:
