Job Summary
We are looking for competent and adaptable Legal Counsel with 4–6 years post-qualification experience. Someone versatile in their approach to executing and delivering corporate/commercial legal services to join our law firm. It is also important that you have some proficiency in litigation. While we are interested in a candidate with requisite qualifications and legal skills, we are also looking for someone with excellent composure and an ability to work effectively and independently.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Legal Research, Opinion Writing, Drafting and Commercial Litigation.
- Client Correspondence, Presentation and guided work Pitches.
- As a significant member of our team, the role will require adaptability and while we go above and beyond to deliver excellent services.
- An ability to deliver work effectively and timely is essential.
Requirements:
- Ideally, you will have between 4 - 6 years post-call experience.
- A Masters’ degree is not a prerequisite, but it is of benefit.
- We require you to be able to apply specialised knowledge of the law to commercial situations, public sector policy, business and financial acumen.
- Along with the basic skills in legal research, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You should also be familiar with the use of Microsoft’s suites of applications.
