Legal Executive

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with vendors, clients, and third parties to protect the company's interests.
• Ensure we comply with all relevant telecommunications regulations, data privacy laws, and other local regulatory requirements. Stay updated on industry laws and best practices.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance matters, ensuring that the company operates by internal policies and external legal requirements.
• Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel when necessary for litigation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations.
• Identify and manage legal risks, offering solutions to minimize exposure in business transactions and contracts.
• Assist in developing and updating company policies in line with evolving legal and regulatory frameworks in the telecommunications sector.
• Offer proactive legal advice and support to management and various departments, including compliance, HR, finance, and operations.
• Address customer-related legal issues, including terms of service disputes and complaints regarding service agreements.
• Maintain effective communication with regulatory authorities, including the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), and ensure timely submission of required reports and filings.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience as a legal executive
• BSc. in Law
• Must have excellent communication skills
