Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal/Human Resource Officer at Plusworld Roofing. The Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, and job description development. This role will involve overseeing HR management and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. While the role is primarily located in Lagos, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in developing HR policies and job descriptions
- Knowledge of employee relations
- Strong understanding of legal regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
