Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Review and draft contracts, agreement and other legal documents on behalf of the company.
- Respond to legal inquiries and request from clients and other prospective clients
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation including corporate records,contracts and regulatory fillings.
Requirements:
- The qualified candidate must be knowledgeable about real estate and construction industry in Lagos state especially on the island.
