Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Legal Advice and Counsel: Providing legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal issues and matters.
- Contract Review and Negotiation: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements with external parties, suppliers, clients, etc.
- Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Risk Management: Identifying legal risks and proposing risk mitigation strategies to protect the organization's interests.
- Litigation Management: Handling or overseeing litigation matters, including working with external counsel when necessary.
- Corporate Governance: Advising on corporate governance matters and ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles and best practices.
- Employment Law: Providing guidance on employment law matters, including employee relations, policies, and disputes.
- Intellectual Property: Managing intellectual property issues, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
- Training and Education: Conducting legal training sessions for employees to ensure awareness of legal issues and compliance requirements.
- Policy Development: Developing and implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
