Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drafting agreements for all companies.
- Reviewing agreements for all companies.
- Responding emails pertaining to legal matters.
- Drafting of letters on behalf of the companies.
- Responsible for the management of collateral documents.
- Approve collateral documents on the NCR portal.
- Attending to other ancillary matters concerning legal.
- Checking YES clients’ verification report
- Checking that disbursement files comply with KYC requirements for YES and C24 Capital Limited.
- File Anti-money laundering report
- Organizing Anti-money laundering training for all staff
- File Nibbs fraud-desk report
- Ensure renewal of all companies’ operational licenses.
- Apply for licenses where required.
Requirements:
- Must have obtained his or her LLB in a recognized institution and must have attended law school.
