Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage real estate contracts, employment agreements, and service-level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle property documentation, due diligence, and legal risk management.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage legal disputes, tenant agreements, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, pension schemes, and employee benefits regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes to ensure seamless employee integration.
- Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and workplace guidelines.
- Manage payroll, leave administration, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with performance management and appraisal systems.
- Coordinate training programs, career development initiatives, and talent retention strategies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR records, update databases, and ensure confidentiality of employee information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Human Resources Management (or a related field).
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in HR and legal functions, preferably in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, employment laws, and HR compliance.
- Experience handling contract negotiations, recruitment, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive legal and HR matters confidentially.
