Job Summary

We are seeking a Legal/HR Executive to handle both legal and human resources functions within the company. This role involves managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage real estate contracts, employment agreements, and service-level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle property documentation, due diligence, and legal risk management.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage legal disputes, tenant agreements, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, pension schemes, and employee benefits regulations.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes to ensure seamless employee integration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and workplace guidelines.
  • Manage payroll, leave administration, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, dispute resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Coordinate training programs, career development initiatives, and talent retention strategies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records, update databases, and ensure confidentiality of employee information


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Human Resources Management (or a related field).
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in HR and legal functions, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, employment laws, and HR compliance.
  • Experience handling contract negotiations, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive legal and HR matters confidentially.
