Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve legal disputes related to property transactions, leases, and contracts
• Recover debts and outstanding payments from clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, and finance
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and review contracts
• Liaise with external legal counsel, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize risk and prevent legal issues
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
