- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court appearances, mediation, and arbitration.
- Develop legal strategies, conduct legal research and prepare briefs, pleadings and other legal documents
- Work with external counsel to coordinate litigation strategy, gather evidence and manage discovery processes.
- Advise on risk management by identifying potential liabilities and devising litigation avoidance measures
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a Male candidate
- Bachelor's Degree Holder in Law
- Must be called to the Nigerian bar
- Minimum of 2 years experience in any of the above-listed areas
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written) and be highly independent in the execution of instructions.
- Proximity to Island/Ajah is important
