Job Summary

We are seeking to hire highly motivated and experienced Litigation Officer to assist in managing and coordinating litigation matters. The successful candidate will provide support to the litigation team, ensuring that all litigation matters are handled efficiently and effectively.

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Case Management*: Assist in managing and coordinating litigation cases, ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.
  • Document Management*: Prepare, review, and manage litigation documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and briefs.
  • Communication*: Liaise with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and other parties to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Data Management*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of litigation matters, including case files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Reporting*: Prepare reports and updates on litigation matters for management and other stakeholders.
  • General Administrative Tasks*: Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.


Requirements:

  • Education: HND in Business Administration
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment.

Skills:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Personal Attributes:

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
