The Live-In Housekeeper ensures the cleanliness, functionality, and quality of the apartment. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Guest Management: Handle check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
- Property Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of the property after each guest's departure, checking for damages, unusual stains, or signs of smoking indoors. Provide detailed reports to the Property Manager after every inspection.
- Supervision: Supervise and assist cleaners and artisans, including plumbers, generator engineers, and other maintenance personnel, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard.
- Laundry: Manage laundry duties, including washing and maintaining bedsheets, foot mats, and other linens.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct property viewings for prospective customers, highlighting the unique features of our apartments.
- Utility Management: Monitor diesel levels and handle top-ups as necessary to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address issues promptly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- A guarantor with a civil service job is required.
- Willingness to live on-site and be available for tasks as needed.
