Location Service Manager

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for renewable energy initiatives, including solar, wind, and other sustainable energy projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration to address project needs and concerns.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental assessments and permitting processes.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to achieve project objectives and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports for stakeholders to communicate status and outcomes.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, manage expenditures, and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Sustainability Advocacy: Promote best practices in sustainability and renewable energy solutions, contributing to the organization's mission of advancing clean energy technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Additional certifications related to renewable energy (e.g., LEED, NABCEP) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies (solar, wind, biomass, etc.) and their applications.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to renewable energy projects, including permitting and environmental compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and achieving project goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project performance, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
• Experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and cost control for projects.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed, which may include remote locations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for renewable energy and sustainability, with a commitment to advancing clean energy initiatives.
