Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Contact Delinquent Borrowers:
- Initiate contact with borrowers who have defaulted on loan payments through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while discussing overdue payments.
Negotiate Repayment Plans:
- Collaborate with borrowers to understand their financial situations and develop feasible repayment plans.
- Provide guidance on available options, such as loan modifications or deferments, to facilitate successful repayment.
Recordkeeping:
- Document all communication with borrowers, including details of discussions, agreements, and any relevant information.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Good communication skills
