We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Payment Assistant

Location: Ogba, Lagos









Responsibilities



Making phone calls to customers

Manage large amounts of calls in a timely mannerfollow various communication scripts when speaking to a caller

Keep records of conversations in the call centre database

Follow up on loans collected and remind them of due dates



Qualifications



Minimum Certificate; OND.

Excellent communication skill

Exceptional Ability to work with little or no supervision.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Ability to work under pressure.

Must have an ANDRIOD SMARTPHONE with at least 2gb ram.









Salary

N85,000 - N100,000 / Month.
