Job Summary

This role involves understanding the financial needs of clients, presenting appropriate loan options, and guiding them through the loan application process. The Loan Marketer works closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Promote various loan products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, and auto loans to potential customers through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and direct outreach.
  • Identify and target potential customers through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, financial advisors, and other referral sources to generate leads.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives for loan volume and profitability.
  • Understand the financial needs and goals of clients, provide relevant information, and offer loan solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Assist clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and submitted accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to increase loan product visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of loan products and lending processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Focused on meeting customer needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with clients.
