A leading financial institution is seeking self-motivated Loan Marketers to join their team. This role is ideal for young graduates with a passion for sales or those with experience in sales roles who understand the importance of consistent sales input activities.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and present appropriate loan products.
  • Sales Activities: Maintain consistent sales input activities, including cold calls, follow-ups, and face-to-face meetings, to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Loan Application Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is provided and accurate.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, targets, and outcomes to the sales manager.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed set sales targets consistently to qualify for salary increments and other incentives.


Requirements:

  • Educational Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, particularly in the financial services sector, is a plus.
  • Passion for Sales: Strong interest in sales, with the drive to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial products to clients.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to building long-term relationships.
