Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients through various marketing strategies, including field visits, cold calls, and networking.

Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote loan products effectively.

Loan Application Processing:
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure all required documentation is provided
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment plans clearly to clients.
- Coordinate with the credit and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan processing.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay updated on competitors’ activities.
- Provide feedback to management about customer preferences and market trends.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan applications.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in financial services.
- Familiarity with local financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of financial products and lending processes.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
