Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Call old and new users of our app to remind them of their loan due dates.
- Explain how our platforms work and the benefits of repaying on time.
- Assist people with registration and using our app
- Answer questions in simple and clear terms to ensure understanding.
- Demonstrate how to use our platform using smartphones.
- Keep accurate records of day-to-day interactions with customers assigned to you.
- Ensure the App registration process is smooth and stress-free for new users.
Requirements:
- No technical skills are required, but basic knowledge of smartphones and websites is important.
- Must be friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with people.
- Ability to explain things clearly and answer common questions.
- Reliable, well-spoken, and capable of keeping organized records.
- Willing to undergo training before starting the role.
- Proximity to Akoka is most preferred
