Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a Logistics Officer to be responsible in overseeing the packaging and timely dispatch of items via waybill to other regions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Order Fulfilment team to isolate items from the stores or warehouse for dispatch.
- Attend to all onsite delivery within Abuja.
- Oversee the packaging and timely dispatch of items via waybill to other regions.
- Register all dispatched goods in the outgoing books.
- Accurately file all invoices and delivery notes in the respective files.
- Verbally reports depleting or near-expiry items to the inventory team.
- Assisting the Procurement and Inventory team in confirming availability of items.
- Reporting all relevant customer feedback collated while on the field to the Customer Service Manager.
- Ensure good store-keeping pre and post-isolation of items.
Requirements:
- Educational Requirement: OND in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Organized and Meticulous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
