Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Contact all online customers prior to delivery to confirm order details and delivery arrangements.
- Ensure dispatch riders contact customers before taking orders out of the premises
- Ensure all orders are received processed and completed before the close of business
- Ensure consistent follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensure proper tracking of products and materials across warehouse.
- Address any logistical challenges, including delays, damages, or discrepancies, and work towards resolving them quickly.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns related to delivery and logistics in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including inventory, and storage.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience.
- Minimum of HND from a reputable institution.
