Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating pickups and deliveries of packages and shipments
- Managing and tracking shipments in real-time using logistics software
- Communicating with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders
- Resolving issues and exceptions, such as missed deliveries or lost packages
- Planning and optimizing routes for efficient delivery
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels
- Collaborating with other departments, such as customer service and operations
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Supervising and training courier drivers and other logistics staff
- Managing and controlling logistics costs
- Ensuring timely and secure delivery of packages
- Handling customer complaints and feedback
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
- BSc in any field
- 3 years experience
