We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Officer to oversee and manage the smooth delivery of our products within Lagos. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the state’s geography, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with delivery agents.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate product deliveries to various locations within Lagos.
- Develop and implement efficient delivery routes to optimize time, cost, and other resources.
- Work closely with dispatch rides and delivery agents, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and track the status of deliveries, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed within the scheduled timeframe and to the required standards.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, routes, and completed deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on delivery status and address any concerns
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a logistics role within the e-commerce or Engineering sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Lagos State geography and diverse areas.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Very good driving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with delivery agents and other team members.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for planning and tracking deliveries.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues promptly and effectively.
