Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing logistics operations and leading a team.
- In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain management, and industry best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Capable of leading and motivating a team to achieve operational goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics management software, ERP systems, and other related technologies.
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing cost-efficiency in logistics operations.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills for identifying trends and optimizing processes.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers and service providers to secure beneficial contracts.
- Solid understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
