Lounge Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Maintenance:
• Clean and sanitize lounge areas, including furniture, floors, and restrooms.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and towels.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the lounge area is always presentable and welcoming for guests.
• Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary.
