Job Description/Requirements
Responsibiliies:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Interpersonal communication skill, ensuring effective communication among staff and customers.
- Ability to resolve conflicts
Working Hours: 8am till closing (one day off, one day on).
