Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager (Luxury & Fashion Brand)

Salary: Senior Level – 600k net; Mid-Level – 300k net


Position Overview:

We're seeking experienced Business Development Managers (both Senior and Mid-Level) with a proven background in the luxury and fashion industry. This role is for ambitious professionals skilled in expanding markets, nurturing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities, target markets, and the competitive landscape within the luxury and fashion sectors.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with potential clients and strategic partners to expand our market presence.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive business objectives.
  • Foster long-term partnerships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing business.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on growth initiatives and fulfill client needs effectively.
  • Track and analyze business development metrics to measure success, refine strategies, and report outcomes to senior leadership.


Requirements:

  • For Senior Level: 5+ years of business development experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally within luxury and fashion brands.
  • For Mid-Level: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on the luxury sector.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, relationship management, and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Proven success in lead generation, negotiating, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with a polished, executive presence.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
