Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Machine Setup and Operation:
- Prepare machines for production by positioning and securing necessary materials.
- Operate machinery as per specifications and production schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure it is running efficiently.
Quality Assurance:
- Inspect output to ensure it meets required specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and correct deviations or defects in products.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Detect and report any mechanical or operational issues to the supervisor.
- Conduct minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Ensure the work area and machines are kept clean and organized to prevent accidents.
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Record production data, such as quantity produced, downtime, and quality issues.
- Maintain logs of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about machine performance and production status.
- Support team efforts to meet production goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years working experience ina similar role
