Job Summary
We are seeking a machine operator to join our dynamic team to operate laundry machines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and machinery. This role involves operating and maintaining Commercial Laundry Machines, ensuring quality production, and adhering to processes and protocols. Training will be provided. We are looking for personnel who has a customer centric mindset, who has the drive and ambition to make a difference to the business by delivering against targets. The customer will be at heart of everything you do, so being confident and adhering to processes are essential and key success factors in this role. As a Machine Operator/Machine Handler, you will be technically inclined, skilled, and detail- oriented personnel/Operator.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Laundry Machines to ensure efficient production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting as necessary.
- Operate machines while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of operations output and machine performance.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document all operations and tasks in the machine operator’s application.
- Be available to switch roles within the machine operations department.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer rapport-building skills
- Advantageous to have a degree or a minimum of OND in a related area or field.
- Proven experience in machine operations particularly in the hospitality sector.
- Basic understanding of machines (none in specific) and technical skills.
- Sharp analytical skills and decisive decision-making abilities.
- Strong social, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in business English.
- Experience thriving in diverse cultural environments.
- Self-driven, open-minded, and creatively inclined individual who thrives on achieving results and propelling excellent customer experience.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
