Salary: 150,000 - 250,000
We are looking for a competent, dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our Delivery Team; this individual will be required to deliver our high-quality training courses to our clients through a variety of platforms including class-based courses and online.
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate and evaluate training sessions in various Project Management methodologies and certifications.
2. Develop and deliver a range of Project Management training programs
Requirements:
1. Full knowledge and proficiency in all seven processes, themes, and principles of Project management and agile practice.
2. Current and active PRINCE2 certification holder.
3. Diverse experience in the role of Project Manager, with the ability to illustrate your teaching with real-life project examples.
4. An engaging personality that inspires confidence and encourages honest and open communication.
5. Capable of independently driving class training.
6. Excellent group facilitation and teaching skills.
7. Honest with a strong work ethic and integrity.
8. Possession of in-class and virtual learning delivery skills.
9. Ability to analyze data for use in reports to support decision-making.
10. Certification in PRINCE2 an advantage.
