The Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to ensure effective planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities. This role supports maintenance and reliability teams by providing accurate data, system support.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and user accessibility.
- Configure, update, and optimize asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance programs, work order processes, and equipment records.
- Provide system support and training to maintenance staff and end-users on CMMS functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to identify system improvements and implement enhancements.
- Generate and analyze reports on maintenance KPIs (e.g., downtime, PM compliance, backlog, cost tracking).
- Ensure timely and accurate input of maintenance data and documentation into the system.
- Support audits and compliance by maintaining up-to-date records and providing required system documentation.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or software vendors for resolution and upgrades.
- Participate in system implementation projects or migrations as needed.
Requirements:

- Degree in a related field
