Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee property maintenance, repairs and renovations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries.
- Provide decision-making and long-term planning for the company.
- Assist in evaluating the feasibility, progress, and challenges of technical projects, including plumbing operations and civil related activities.
- Review and prepare technical documents, proposals, and reports related to projects, tenders, and contracts.
- Monitor the progress of key projects and provide maintenance updates to the General Manager, identifying potential risks or delays in maintenance process
- Liaise with technical teams, engineers, property managers, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Assist in resolving operational and technical challenges by coordinating with relevant departments and proposing solutions.
- Ensure management is updated on compliance requirements related to civil and plumbing including environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Support the development and monitoring of safety protocols and risk mitigation strategies.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Act as a communication bridge between the General Manager and technical teams, regulatory bodies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree (BSC, B.Eng.) in technical or engineering fields such as Civil, Electrical, and Building Engineering. Industry certification is an added advantage
- 15 years of hands-on experience in plumbing/electrical installations, generator maintenance, project execution, and management.
- Ability to communicate technical details effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and lead technical discussions or projects.
- Previous experience working closely with high-rise facilities providing technical advice, and supporting strategic decision-making.
