Job description

Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by Company Management. Uphold and ensure that the team adheres to the Company’s high professional and ethical standards.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of our collection themes, product ranges, fits, and care instructions to enhance customer and team experience.
Recruit, train, and develop new team members, motivating and coaching them to reach their full potential with regular performance feedback.
Oversee staff schedules, manage performance issues, and address absenteeism as needed.
Build and maintain accurate client reports, ensuring follow-up on client inquiries and sales opportunities while expanding the client base.
Provide personalized shopping experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Organize and manage Studio events to engage clients and boost sales.
Foster relationships with the local business community to expand brand visibility and establish partnerships.
Collaborate with Managers to optimize stock management and turnover; participate in receiving, ticketing, stocking, and conducting inventory counts.
Implement and manage opening and closing procedures to ensure Studio security and operational efficiency.
Regularly analyze stock levels by category, theme, style, color, and size; collaborate with Operations Manager and Sales Associates to maximize Studio performance.
Manage sales of seasonal collections to strategic partners, department stores, and independent retailers to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, understanding their business models to drive sales, profitability, and brand equity.
Monitor stock sales and implement actions to meet annual budgets; provide insights on partner performance and strategize to enhance sales outcomes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to analyze sales performance and develop effective strategies.
Experience in managing e-commerce operations and building relationships with key retail partners.
