Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized Influencer Partnerships Manager to manage relationships with influencers, confirm they receive their free products, track their affiliate sales, and maintain strong engagement with them. You will be responsible for keeping influencers motivated, ensuring they post as agreed, and tracking their performance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Track influencer posts to ensure they promote the products as agreed.
- Monitor affiliate sales and performance, providing influencers with updates and motivation.
- Engage with influencers regularly, answering questions and providing support.
- Recruit new influencers who align with the brand (Training will be provided).
- Analyse influencer impact, identifying top performers and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and tracking skills – must keep up with multiple influencers at once.
- Good communication skills – must maintain strong relationships with influencers.
- Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing – understanding how affiliate links work is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking sales and performance.
- Experience in influencer marketing or social media management is a plus.
