The OPEX Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing operational expenditures and enhancing cost-efficiency across the organization
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and deliver monthly OPEX analysis and reporting.
- Identify areas for OPEX improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with department leads to enhance understanding of their cost base, performance, and support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and scale reporting and operational processes.
- Analyze operational metrics to assess team cost contributions and identify cost drivers.
- Partner with department leads and the procurement team to forecast vendor and travel expenses.
- Provide insights into business performance to optimize cost scaling and maximize growth investments and returns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in OPEX analysis and management accounting.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
